Orders Terms

• Minimum Order: €250 per item (mandatory for each item).

• Smaller Orders: Extra printing cost of €50.00/colour/side per item applies.

• Payment:

  • 40% prepayment (mandatory).

  • Remaining 60% due on delivery.

• Delivery:

  • Regular: 30 days from design approval.

  • Exception: custom-made items may vary.

  • Express: extra charge (depends on quantity & type – enquire for quote).

• Printing Included: All prices include free 1-colour printing on 1 side.

• VAT: Prices do not include 19% VAT.

• Complaints: Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery date.

• Price Changes: May occur without prior notice, depending on global economy.

• Price Validity: Current prices valid until 15 January 2027.

Returns & Product Return Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products offered through our website are custom-made and produced specifically according to the customer's approved specifications. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that are free from manufacturing defects.

Defective or Faulty Products

We only accept returns for products that are defective or have a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for a return:

• The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• The customer must provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.

• The product must not have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.

Once the defect has been verified, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected product.

Customer Approval of Designs

Before production begins, customers are required to review and provide written approval of all designs, artwork, proofs, and specifications.

The customer is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of:

• Logos

• Text and spelling

• Colors

• Graphics and artwork

• Product specifications and customization details

As production is carried out based on the customer's approved design, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or replacements for errors relating to approved logos, text, colors, artwork, or any other design elements that were previously approved by the customer.

Technology Products Warranty

Technology-related products are covered by a one (1) year limited functionality warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal operation of the product under ordinary use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Improper installation or use

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external factors

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will assess the issue and, where applicable, repair or replace the product.

Return Proccess

To request a return or warranty claim, please contact us within the applicable period and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs or videos showing the defect (where applicable)

We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a return, replacement, repair, or refund.
